ARVEL BIRD (Paiute/Scottish) is an award-winning Native American flutist and fiddler of extra-ordinary depths. He performs solo or with his band. Since 2002, 10 CDs and one DVD have been released by Arvel Bird, including the celebrated 'Animal Totems' and 'Ananeah', with Will Clipman, Mary Redhouse, and William Eaton. Four of his CDs have been nominated for the prestigious NAMMY- (Native American Music) Awards and at the Indian Summer Music Awards.
