David Martinka
David’s journey of playing the Native American Flute started in 1994 and he started crafting a version of the Native Flute 2yrs later. His first commercial CD release in 2005 “Legends Of Time” was a 2006 Indian Summer Music Festival nominee for Native Spirit. David Martinka is honored to keep a family tradition of music alive through has Native American Style Flute Songs and Native Slovakian Flutes.

Listening to David play one feels naturalness as if he had an inherited ability with the flute. There is a sense of timelessness that happens as he weaves stories through his music. We all become caught up in the moment as he connects us on a plan that touches the native core in each of us.
