Desert Cloud Flute Circle

Description

The Desert Cloud Flute Circle's mission is to expand the interest in and use of the native american flute by doing the following: encouraging new members by providing basic instruction and guidance, developing seasoned players' skills, providing a forum to test new skills, and establishing stronger friendships among the members through their love of the flute and its voice.

More Information

The Desert Cloud Flute Circle's name is derived from a combination of our location in the Desert and the legendary original flute maker/player, Cloud. Cloud's story is told in Joseph M. Marshall III's book, The Lakota Way, pages 83 to 87.
